WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO MEET WEDNESDAY

  

Washington County Commissioners will discuss the county’s fire departments when they meet, Tuesday morning.

On the agenda, the commissioners are expected to approve a memorandum of understanding between the volunteer fire departments of Washington County as well as the Washington County Road and Bridge Department.

Also at Tuesday’s meeting, the Commissioners’ Court is expected to consider a resolution of intent to establish a Washington County Property Assessed Clean Energy program.

They will also discuss:

A contract between the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and Voice Products Service LLC for the interview room system.

And purchase of a fuel master fleet system including: the installation of three Gasboy Fuel Dispensers; one tank monitor and tank accessories; fuel management system; submersible pumps; dispenser boxes and guard post; and pipe and miscellaneous accessories through BuyBoard, a Texas State Cooperative Purchasing agent.

The court will also hear several monthly and annual reports from departments, including: the Washington County Sheriff’s Office; EMS; Washington County 911; Information Technology; and Veterans Service.
