Washington County Sheriff Otto Hanak and Captain Stacy Holland, with the Texas Department of Public Safety Aircraft Division, will speak at the Rotary Club of Washington County meeting Thursday, August 21. They will brief Rotarians on current law enforcement operations and challenges at the Texas/Mexico border.
