  1. Innocent until proven guilty. Just because someone has been arrested doesn’t mean that they are guilty. What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty. Let the court decide before you hand down punishment.

  2. I have to ask, What is wrong with people , Attacking someone for a pair of shoes,? I cannot even begin to understand this…These boys should not only be charged with robbery but also Assault.
For the $50,000 bond and court cost they could have bought a lot of shoes.

    1. You wouldn’t know because you don’t actually know the situation and nobody was “attacked”.

      1. What I do know is that there is no way that one pair of NIke shoes belonged to both of the young men charged in this case, so at least one of them took something that didn’t belong to them. They certainly could have bought their own shoes for what the bond and court costs are going cost them (or their parents).

      2. Oh come on now, you just can’t leave us hanging! The suspense is too much. Please tell us what the situation is.

      3. If you read the story, about the other guy they arrested. it said he was pushed down stairs and shoes where stolen.

      4. IF someone had their shoes stolen off of their feet – they were ‘ATTACKED’. Simple as that.
