MICHAEL ALTMAN CITES REASONS FOR RUNNING FOR SCHOOL BOARD
Dr. Michael Altman has announced his intention to run for Position 2 on the Brenham ISD Board of Trustees for the position currently being held by Ray Weiss.
Altman says one of the reasons he has chosen to run for the school board position is that he wants to try and raise the reputation of the school district, which he feels has gone down in recent years, and believes the issues with pay rate and morale of the district need to be dealt with.
The Elections for Brenham ISD, and well as the Blinn College Board of Trustees, Burton Board of Trustees and the City of Brenham elections will be held May 9th.
February 27th is the last day to file to run in these elections.
