SIXTEEN SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT
A Somerville man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty an assault charge.
49-year old Shawn Keith Broesche pleaded guilty to a charge of Assault Causing Bodily Injuy to a Family Member. The charge was enhanced to a Third Degree Felony.
34-year old Thomas Lee Reek of Brenham was sentenced to seven years behind bars on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance and five years on a charge of Evading Arrest Using a Vehicle.
47-year old Derek Gordon of Bryan has been sentenced to five years in prison on each of three charges for Assault-Family Violence.
47-year old David Martinez of Brenham was sentenced to five years in prison for two felony cases of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and three months in jail for Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
49-year old Helen Johnson of Caldwell was sentenced to four years in prison for Theft—with two previous convictions.
30-year old Arthur Clifton Lewis of Houston was sentenced to four years in prison for a second-degree felony charge of Burglary of a Habitation.
19-year old Andy Lee Ivy of Muldoon was sentenced to 14 months in prison and fined $1500 for Theft between $1500 and $20,000.
32-year old Jesse Dwayne Clifton of Brenham had his probation revoked and was sentenced to a year in jail for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passanger. Clifton was also fined $1500.
32-year old Shameka Flowers of Bryan was sentenced to eight months in jail and fined $1500 on a charge of Theft.
23-year old Mohamed Gordon of Brenham was placed on eight years probation and fined $1500 for Burglary of a Habitation. He was also ordered to perform 200 hours of Community Service.
42-year old Pamela Locket of Brenham was placed on eight years probation on a charge of Exploitation of the Elderly. Locket was also ordered to pay $3800 in restitution and perform 250 hours of Community Service.
18-year old Bobbi Elexus Reed of Brenham was placed on seven years probation for Organized Retail Theft. Reed was also ordered to pay over $7000 in restitution and perform 280 hours of Community Service.
48-year old Aldonia Marie Johnson of Brenham was placed on five years probation and fined $750 for Tampering with Physical Evidence. She was also ordered to perform 100 hours of Community Service.
18-year old Michale Deante Savere of Pflugerville was placed on five years probation and fined $2000 for felony Possession of Marijuana.
34-year old Terance James Farrell of Brenham was placed on four years probation and fined $1500 for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passanger.
37-year old Jay Harrison Benson of Brenham was placed on three years probation and fined $1500 for felony Possession of Marijuana.
