MAN ARRESTED ON D.W.I. FOLLOWING ACCIDENT

A Brenham man faces a felony DWI charge after his arrest over the weekend.
Just after midnight Saturday, Cpl. Lance Weiss responded to a three-car accident in the 2100 block of S. Market.
After checking for injuries, he spoke with the driver of one of the vehicles, 36-year old Eduardo Prado Martinez, of Brenham.
Prado failed a field sobriety test and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated—Third Offense, which is a Third Degree Felony.
