CHAPPELL HILL BOIL WATER NOTICE NOW LIFTED
The Chappell Hill Water Supply Corporation has given noticed that the Boil Water Notice instituted last Thursday, has been lifted.
The boil water notice came about after two leaks caused pressure in the system to drop to nearly zero, prompting the warning.
On July 25th, another Boil Water Notice was issued due to the water system “experiencing a combination of an electrical failure and possible major water leak which has disrupted water service.”
That boil water notice was lifted on July 30th
According to the notice, the water is now safe to drink.
