JUNIOR HIGH TEACHER AIDE ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT ON A STUDENT

  

A teacher’s aide faces a felony assault charge after his arrest Monday morning at Brenham Junior High School.

61-year old Kenneth Justin Lattimore of Brenham is charged with Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Monday morning around 10 a.m., Cpl. David Webb, the School Resource Officer at the Junior High School, was notified of a disturbance at ISS.

As he arrived, he was told there had been a fight between a teacher’s aide and a student and that the student had been hit with a bat.

Lattimore, the teacher’s aide was arrested; the incident is under investigation.

His bond has been set at $50,000.
