BRENHAM FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT

  

On Saturday around 3:20pm, the Brenham Fire Department was called to  445 Happy Hollow Road, to responded automatic mutual aid to the Berlin Fire Department.  While en route dispatch advised the fire was out, Berlin unit made location and canceled all further responders to the location

Also on Saturday, the Brenham Fire Department responded to State Hwy 105 at Pickens Road for a vehicle fire with possible entrapment.  While en route BFD was canceled en route to the scene.  This was a dispatch error due to toning them with the wrong department.

Then on Sunday, the Brenham Fire Department responded to 2009 Old Chappell Hill Road for mulch smoking.  BFD stood by until a City of Brenham employee made location.

BFD assisted the employee with stretching the fire hose they had on location to spray water on the pile, and then returned to service and turn the scene over to the employee.
