MAIFEST WEEKEND CELEBRATION QUICKLY APPROACHING
Maifest will be celebrated all weekend in Brenham.
The celebrations for the 126th Maifest began yesterday (Wednesday) and will continue throughout the weekend.
Friday’s festivities will include the Junior Maifest Coronation at 7:00pm as well as live bands featuring some of Texas’ talent at 5:30pm and continuing through the evening on Fireman’s Park main stage.
Maifest Board President, Heather Thielemann says that the excitement of Friday’s activities will roll over into Saturday.
Also on Saturday evening will be the Senior Maifest Coronation at 7:00pm.
Thielemann also says that due to Sunday being Mother’s Day, no festivities will take place that day.
