“WALK WITH A DOC” RETURNS TO BRENHAM

  

The city of Brenham’s “Walk with a Doc” program returns this Saturday, after being cancelled because of the damage to the walking trail at Hohlt Park.

This week the walk will be held at a new location- Jackson Street Park. Participants will meet at the kitchen area of the park.

The “Walk with a Doc” program is held once a month on the fourth Saturday of each month. It begins with local physicians and healthcare professionals leading a brief informational session. There is then a 30-45 minute walk, where participants are encouraged to set their own pace.

It’s an opportunity for people to get together and increase their activity while improving their health." Walk with a Doc" is free and doesn’t require registration. For more information about the Walk with a Doc program, visit  www.walkwithadoc.org.
