‘SURVIVING AN ACTIVE SHOOTER’ SEMINAR TODAY

  

The “Surviving an Active Shooter” training seminar will be held today (Thursday) at the Silver Wings Ballroom.

The Texas & U.S. Law Shield is teaming up with Finney Clay (CHL) to teach residents a number or survival tips including: the profile of an active shooter, how to interact with police, mistakes to avoid and five steps to survival.

During the event, sponsored by The Washington County Shooting Club, participants will receive real-life knowledge and guidance from law enforcement professionals, who are trained to handle life-threatening situations.

The seminar will also feature experienced Texas Law Shield Independent Firearms Program Attorneys. They will explain how to navigate the legal aftermath of an incident.

The event will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are $5.00 for Texas Law Shield Members and $10.00 for non-members.
