LEE COUNTY YOUTH CENTER ASKING FOR BOOK DONATIONS

  

The Lee County Youth Center is asking for donations for their used book sale on Saturday, September 10th.

The LCYC is asking for used books of all genres. The Center hopes community members will pass along any literature that they no longer want or need. Book donations can be brought to the Visitor's Center and Railroad Museum in Giddings on Saturdays from 10 a.m.­ to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m.­ until 5 p.m. Donations will be accepted through Thursday, September 8th.

The Lee County Youth Center will be having the Used Book Sale on Saturday, September 10, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. The event is co­-sponsored by the Giddings Chamber of Commerce. Ninety percent of the proceeds from the Used Book Sale will go to the LCYC to help fund their programs for our children.
