TWO MEN ARRESTED AFTER AGGRAVATED ROBBERY IN BRYAN

  

Two men have been arrested after allegedly robbing a store in Bryan.

Bryan Police say Andre Walker and Kaynaedrick Wheaton attempted to steal more than thirty thousand dollars the Lucky Mart on Woodville Drive.

Police say late Friday night an employee was approached by the two men after he closed up the shop.  The employee says the men pulled him from his car, hit him, and asked for money.
They then had him unlock the door to the store, setting off an alarm.

When the police arrived, the men ran away carrying a trash can full of money.  Bryan police caught up with the two men not far from the store.

Currently, Walker and Wheaton are being held on a fifty thousand dollar bond.
