CUB BAND TO PERFORM FOUR CONCERTS
The Cub Band's exceptional competitive fall marching season is quickly coming to an end, but community members still have four chances to see their show "Remains of the Day."
The UIL Marching Contest is taking place on Tuesday, October 25 at Waller Stadium. There is a $5 entry fee for adults while children 12 and under are free. Brenham High School will perform at 11:30 a.m.
On Friday, October 28, there will be a free public performance at Cub Stadium. The show will kick off at 4:45.
The Waller Marching Contest will take place on Saturday, October 29 at Waller Stadium. The preliminary performances start at 3:15 p.m.
Admission is $10 per session for prelims and finals are $15. Grades 6th through 12th cost $5 or $7.50, while children below 5th grade are free.
The Glow in the Dark Show will be on Tuesday, November 1st. The band will start about 15 to 30 minutes after the JH football games are finished that night. The performance is free.
Band Director, Eric Rettig says the band has been patient and persistent and the production is in great shape. He encourages everyone to come out and catch performance.
