BLINN COLLEGE BOARD APPROVES CONSENT ITEMS
Blinn College’s Board of Trustees approved a number of consent agenda items during their meeting on Tuesday.
The board of trustees approved an amendment to the contract between Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service and Blinn College. The amendment increased the fee for the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service Central Texas Police Academy course fee by $250.
The board also approved the increase in the reimbursement rate for classes taught in federal prison. The increase is reflected in the contract between the Federal Bureau of Prisons and Blinn College.
The board of trustee also reappointed members to the Schulenburg, Bryan, and Sealy campus advisory committees.
In an executive session, the trustees discussed a proposed detention pond project on the Bryan Campus of Blinn College.
