FRIEDEN’S CHURCH MAKES MONTHLY DONATION

  

Frieden's Church of Washington collected rice and pasta in October for food banks in Brenham and Navasota.

Ever since their 125th anniversary in 2015, the church selects an item of the month and donates it to the two food banks. In total, 66 items were donated to the food banks in October. Volunteers Joe Williams and Bobby Houston accepted the donation on behalf of Brenham Bread Partners. A matching donation was made to the Navasota Food Pantry.

During the month of November, the church is collecting cornbread and biscuits.
