BHS MARINE CORPS JROTC TO HOST DRILL MEET

  

The Brenham High School Marine Corps JROTC program is hosting its annual drill meet this Saturday at Brenham High School. There will be 23 schools competing in armed drill, unarmed drill, color guard, academics, physical training, and shooting events.

Schools attending include Allen, Alvin, Atascocita, United South, Round Rock, Tomball, Ridge Point, Pasadena, Hendrickson, Hays, Alief Hastings, Goose Creek, Travis, Belton, Montgomery, New Orleans Jesuit, McKinney, Lee, New Braunfels, Dayton, and the Marine Military Academy.

Both BHS armed and unarmed teams will kick off the competition at 8 a.m. in the school's gym.

The event will last until approximately 4 p.m. and the public is invited to attend.
