BELLVILLE MAYOR CANDIDATES WEIGH IN ON ISSUES

  

Citizens of Bellville will go to the polls tomorrow (Saturday) to cast their vote for Mayor.

This year, Mayor Joe Ed Lynn is running against Dr. Kori Kelly-Farrell.

Mayor Lynn is currently serving his second term after being elected for the first time in 2013.

Lynn says initially he ran because it was an important position which required an understanding of business. Lynn says he will continue to focus on things that are important to every city:

Dr. Kori Kelly-Farrell is a chiropractor who moved to Bellville in 2005. She says she was inspired to run for Mayor after hearing people’s complaints in her office. Kelly-Farrell says she would focus on the city’s budget:

The City of Bellville election will take place tomorrow from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. at the Sens Activity Center.
