BRENHAM FIREMEN RESPOND TO SMOKE INSIDE HOME

  

The smell of smoke inside a house resulted in a call to the Brenham Fire Department last (Monday) night.

Firemen were called to 2416 Corey Street at 7:41 Monday night where there was a strong smell of something burning.  Upon arrival they found smoke coming from an air conditioning duct inside the house.  A thermal camera was used to check the attic area, and firemen discovered that an air handler motor had burned out.  No other damage was discovered.
