CITY OF BRENHAM ANNOUNCES CHRISTMAS CLOSINGS

  

The City of Brenham has announced their Christmas closing schedule.  All city facilities will be closed Monday and Tuesday, December 25th and 26th.  This includes City Hall, Municipal Court, The Pet Adoption Center, and The Blue Bell Aquatic Center.  In addition, The Citizens Collection Station and the Recycling Center will close at noon on Saturday, December 23rd.  The Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library will be closed December 23rd through the 26th.  There will be no residential or commercial trash pick-up on Monday or Tuesday, December 25th or 26th.

The City of Brenham will also be delivering trash bags to customers in January.  Residents with Monday/Thursday trash pick-up will receive their bags on January 24th.  Residents who have trash pick-up on Tuesday/Friday will receive their bags on January 31st.  The city distributes trash bags to customers twice a year, in January and July.  If additional bags are needed, they can be purchased at Utilities Customer Service in City Hall for $12 per roll.
