FOUR SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT
Four people have been sentenced in the latest session of 21st Judicial District Court.
23-year old Boysie Deleon Cole, III of Washington had his probation revoked and was sentenced to three years in prison for Theft of Cattle – a Third Degree Felony.
Cole was originally charged in the case back in June of 2013.
24-year old Joseph Cummings of Bellville, had his probation for a 2015 felony theft adjudicated and was sentenced to 10 months in jail.
Cummings was also fined $1500.
22-year old Brandon Sparks was placed on 10 years’ probation for a 2015 felony arrest for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
Sparks was also ordered to perform 200 hours community service restitution and attend a drug offender education program.
And, 17-year old Javonte Santevion Jones, of Brenham, was placed on three years’ probation for Credit/Debit Card Abuse – a State Jail Felony.
Jones was also ordered to perform 200 hours community service and have no contact with the co-defendants in this case.
