WARRANT AND MARIJUANA ARREST
Brenham police have arrested a father and son after a Wednesday morning traffic stop.
Just before 11:30 a.m. Officer Kejan Mehlhorn, conducted a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Maize Court.
During the investigation it was discovered that the driver, 41-year old Steven Lopez of Bryan, had an active warrant out of Burleson County.
The passenger, 19-year old Steven Lopez Jr, of Houston was in possession of marijuana.
Both were taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.
