‘LUNCH-N-LEARN’ TO DISCUSS ‘ANTS’ TUESDAY

The next “Lunch-N-Learn” program will address the topic of ‘Ants’ when they meet, next Tuesday.

Programs, hosted by Bluebonnet Master Gardeners of Washington County, are held the first Tuesday of each month from February to May and September to November, at the Washington County Fairgrounds.

“Ants, Ants, Ants” is the topic of this month’s “Lunch-N-Learn” program.

Each program deals with horticulture; specifically the homeowner and backyard gardener.

Program registration starts at 11:50 a.m. with the program beginning at 12:05 p.m. and ending at 12:55 p.m.

At the conclusion of each session, the speaker and Master Gardeners will be available to answer questions.

Lunch-N-Learn sessions are held at the Washington County fairgrounds sales facility, 1305 E. Blue Bell Road.

All Lunch-N-Learn programs are free to the public and participants can bring their own lunch and drink. Light refreshments will be provided by the Master Gardener Hospitality Committee.

This will be the final program, until next September.
