CUBS AND PANTHERS SCRIMMAGE ON THE ROAD TONIGHT
The Brenham Cubs and Burton Panthers take the field tonight in their first scrimmages of the year.
The will be the first time this season, that coaches Elliot Allen (Cubs) and Jason Hodde (Panthers) will get to see their teams in live competition.
The Cubs will travel to Cypress to face Cy Park at 6:00.

Brenham will follow tonight's scrimmage up next Friday at home against Northbrook, also at 6:00.
Brenham will also host ‘Meet the Cubs’ night, next Wednesday (8/22) at 7:00 p.m. at Cubs Stadium.
The Cubs will open the season, Friday night August 31st at home to Magnolia West. Kickoff is set for 7:30. Cubs Football can be heard throughout the season on AM 1280 KWHI, FM 101.7 and www.kwhi.com.
The Panthers will travel to Hempstead to face the Bobcats at 6:00, after the game time was moved up an hour.

Next Thursday, the Panthers will travel to Hearne for a 7:00 scrimmage.
The Panthers will open the season, Friday night August 31st at Lexington.
