NAVASOTA ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR CITY BOARDS
The City of Navasota is now accepting applications for all eight of the city’s Boards and Commissions.
City officials say the boards and commissions play a vital role in the growth of the city and are important to its operation.
The established boards include: Airport Advisory Board, Board of Adjustment, Navasota Economic Development Corporation, Housing Authority, Keep Navasota Beautiful Commission, Library Advisory Board, Parks and Recreation and Planning and Zoning Commission.
Applications are due Friday, September 28. The City Council will appoint new members October 8.
