TWO ARRESTED BY LOCAL P.D. ON WARRANTS

  

Two people have been arrested on outstanding warrants by Brenham Police.

Just after 1:00 Monday morning, Police conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Highway 290 West.

According to Officer Richelle Taylor, 41-year old Kiyah Michelohim of Spring was failing to maintain a single lane.  Upon investigation it was discovered Michelohim had two active warrants and was taken into custody.

Then, just before 8:00 p.m., police responded to a report of a person panhandling in the 1100 block of North Park St.

According to Sergeant Steven Eilert, 49-year old Charles Rogers of Brenham was shown to have a active warrant out for his arrest.

Rogers was taken to the Washington County Jail.
