UPCOMING HOSPICE BRAZOS VALLEY WORKSHOP AT BLINN COLLEGE
The Hospice Brazos Valley Ethics Committee is looking to help families discuss end-of-life wishes with an upcoming workshop.
Monday, November 5th, the Committee will host an advance directives workshop at the Blinn College Banquet Room in Brenham. The workshop, taking place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., seeks to help loved ones express their last wishes.
Hospice Brazos Valley President Craig Borchardt says it’s very important to be able to talk about these kinds of topics, and that this workshop will help start that conversation.
Borchardt says this event is not just for the people who want to put their wishes into writing, but also for the children of those people.
The event is free, but space is limited. Light refreshments will be offered.
