THREE ARRESTED ON WARRANTS
Three people have been arrested on outstanding warrants by Brenham Police.
Friday, police were dispatched to the 700 block of Fairview Ave. in regards to a Warrant Arrest.
39-year old Christopher Gonzales of Brenham was taken into custody for warrants out of Waller County.
Gonzales was charged with two warrants. One for Driving While License Invalid and a Failure to Appear for Possession of Controlled Substance warrant out of Waller County.
Friday afternoon, police learned that 19-year old Joshua Sumlin of Spring had an active felony warrant for his arrest. .
Sumlin was located in Brenham and was placed in custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.
Sumlin was charged with Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon warrant out of Harris County.
Friday night, police made a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1600 block of Highway 290 West.
During the stop it was discovered that a passenger, 23-year old Utibe-Abasi Enyong of Richmond, had a warrant for his arrest out of Travis County for possession of marijuana.
Enyong was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail.
