DODSON LEAVING AGGIES FOR NFL
Linebacker Tyrel Dodson becomes the second Texas A&M football player in as many days to declare for the NFL Draft and will forego his final year of eligibility.
Dodson led the team in tackles in 2017 with 105.
He was second on the team this season with 70 tackles and had a pair of defensive scores this year.
He returned a blocked field goal against Louisiana Monroe for a touchdown. Monday, in the Aggie's Gator Bowl win, Dodson intercepted a pass and returned it for a score.
