TWO ARRESTED IN BRENHAM ON WEEKEND D.W.I. CHARGES

  

Brenham Police made a pair of DWI arrests over the weekend.

Saturday morning, just after midnight, Officer Alex Saenz conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 Block of US Highway 290 West on a reckless driver.

According to police, the driver, 45-year old Arthur Earl Sutton III of Houston, was allegedly intoxicated.

Sutton was placed in custody and transported to the Washington County Jail for Driving While Intoxicated.

Then Sunday, just after midnight Saenz responded to the 700 Block of Eleanor Drive in reference to a harassment complaint.

While at the scene, he observed 57-year old Clarence Williams Jr of Brenham arriving on scene allegedly intoxicated.

Williams was placed in custody and transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in for Driving While Intoxicated.
