TWO ARRESTED ON WARRANTS

  

Two people have been arrested on warrants by Brenham Police.

Just before 11:00 a.m., police were called to a minor traffic accident on East Alamo St.

One of the people involved, 43-year old Melinda Palicka of Caldwell was wanted on a warrant out of Washington County Sheriff’s Office for Issuance of a bad check

Palicka was taken into custody for the active warrant.

Then, just before midnight, 30-year old Brandon Parks of Brenham was pulled over on traffic stop in the 1200 Block of West Jefferson.

During the stop, Parks was found to have an active warrant out of Washington County Sheriff’s office for warrant for Obstructing Highway Passageway.

Parks was transported to the Washington County Jail.
