WEATHERLY SIGNS WITH SAM HOUSTON STATE

Former Brenham Cubette and current Temple Junior College softball standout Maddie Weatherly has signed to play next season at Sam Houston State.
Weatherly is hitting .390 this season, with 14 home runs and 79 runs batted in.
Weatherly was the Region V North Conference player of the year in 2018, helping lead Temple to the National Championship.
She was first team All-District and All-Brazos Valley for the Cubettes in her senior season.
