MINOR FIRE DAMAGE TO HOME IN MEYERSVILLE
Minimal damage occurred as the Brenham Fire Department was called to assist with a house fire in Meyersville, Monday afternoon.
The Meyersville and Brenham departments were called out just after 5:30 p.m. to the 900 block of Allen Road.
They found smoke coming from the home and discovered a small fire in the kitchen. The fire was quickly extinguished.
Damage was contained to the kitchen area.
No one was injured.
