BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON TARRANT CO. THEFT WARRANT
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Brenham man was taken into custody Tuesday evening on an out-of-county warrant.
Just before 7:30 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle near the 600 block of North Market Street.
The driver, 32-year-old Nicholas Myers Ackenback of Brenham, was arrested for an active theft warrant out of Tarrant County.
Ackenback was taken to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked in without incident.
