BRENHAM POLICE MAKE ARREST FOLLOWING ALTERCATION

A New Orleans man has been arrested in Brenham following an altercation, Tuesday.
Police were called to an altercation in progress in the WalMart Parking lot.
One of the suspects involved fled to a nearby business and was subsequently arrested for failure to identify.
He was eventually identified as 59-year old Cornelius Parker of New Orleans.
The other person involved in the altercation informed police that Parker had attempted to steal from another person, but officers did not locate the victim.
