FAYETTE CO. ARREST MAN ON THC CHARGE

A Houston-area man faces a drug charge after his arrest in Fayette County.
Sheriff Keith Korenek reports that Monday morning, just after midnight, deputies pulled over a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado on Highway 71 Plum.
A probable cause search turned up marijuana and two cartridges containing THC oil.
19 yr. old Manuel Antonio Guerra of Stafford was arrested and transported to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center.
He was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
