BRENHAM POLICE ARREST MAN IN DISTURBANCE
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Brenham man was taken into custody after a disturbance, Saturday afternoon.
Local police were called out to the 2600 block of South Day Street, just before 2:00 p.m.
Officers found 45-year old Jose Avel Perea Ferrel of Brenham, who they say was intoxicated and causing a disturbance.
Police say when they tried to arrest Ferrel, he resisted and was subdued.
Ferrel is charged with Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest.
