BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR DWI AND LEAVING AN ACCIDENT

A Brenham man was arrested Friday after a transportation incident. Brenham Police report that Friday, at approximately 12:54PM, Officers responded to the 900 block of South Market Street in reference to a report of a transportation incident. Upon arrival, Martin Rodriguez (41), of Brenham, was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident, and Driving While Intoxicated, three or more incidents. He was transported to the Baylor Scott and White Emergency Room where he was cleared by medical staff before being transported and booked into the Washington County Jail.
