TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED FRIDAY AFTER TRAFFIC STOP

  

Two people were arrested by Brenham Police Friday after a traffic stop.   At 10:15 Friday night, Officer Eddie Martinez conducted a traffic stop near Gun and Rod Rd, on a pickup, due to a moving violation. Investigation revealed the passenger, Gary Glover, 33, of Brenham to have active warrants and the driver, Jim Anderson, 56, of Hempstead to be in possession of methamphetamines and a firearm. The suspects were taken into custody for warrants, possession of controlled substance, and unlawful possession of firearm by felon.
