TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED SATURDAY ON WARRANTS

  

Brenham Police made two warrant arrests Saturday.  At 6:00 Saturday morning, Officers with the Brenham Police Department responded to the 1200 block of Old Independence Rd for warrant service.  Shawanda Mosley, 53 of Washington, Texas, had one warrant for her arrest. She was arrested for Injury to a child, elderly, or disabled with bodily injury.

Saturday evening at 11:15, an Officer with the Brenham Police Department initiated a traffic stop in the 1200 block of East Main Street. The driver, Calvin Williams (37), of Bryan, was arrested for an active warrant out of Brazos County for Motion to Revoke for Possession of controlled substance. Williams was transported to the Washington County Jail and booked in without incident.
