LITTER OF PUPPIES AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AT BRENHAM PET ADOPTION CENTER
The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has a litter of pups available for adoption.
Brenham Animal Services staff say the five puppies are mixes of Lab along with a smaller breed, possibly Dachshund or Chihuahua. Three of the puppies are mostly black, two are tri-color, and all are about ten weeks old.
While the Brenham Pet Adoption Center is closed to visitors, adoptions are still available.
Anyone looking to adopt a pet can browse the shelter’s list of pets online at www.petfinder.com, then call to make an appointment to meet the pet at 979-337-7351. Appointments are being accepted Monday through Friday to 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday from 8 to 11 a.m.
Brenham Animal Services is also in need of fosters, saying adoptions have slowed down, and being away from the shelter can help adoptable pets decompress from shelter life. To learn more about becoming a foster, email animalservices@cityofbrenham.org.
