TEXANS DECLINE OPTION ON DB CONLEY
The Texans will not pick up cornerback Gareon Conley's fifth-year option, which would have cost Houston a guaranteed $10.24 million for the 2021 season.
In October, the Texans traded a third-round pick to the Raiders for Conley, who is due to make $1.892 million in 2020.
In 14 games last season with the Raiders and Texans, Conley had one interception and 50 tackles.
