REGISTRATION UNDERWAY FOR SECOND ANNUAL BRAZOS VALLEY GIVES

  

Registration is now open for the Community Foundation of the Brazos Valley’s second annual Brazos Valley Gives.

Regional nonprofit organizations can now sign up to be a part of the 18-hour online fundraiser, set for October 27^th.  Early giving for the fundraiser begins on October 1^st.

The event seeks to bring the region together as one community, raising critical funding and awareness for nonprofits throughout the Brazos Valley.  Nonprofits throughout the Community Foundation’s seven-county region are invited to participate.

Last year, over 100 nonprofits participated in the inaugural event, and all of them received a financial benefit from the $363,686 that was raised.  This year’s fundraising goal is $375,000.

All donations will pass through directly to the donor’s charity or charities of choice.

Nonprofits that register by August 21^st will be eligible for a $500 prize.  The deadline for nonprofits to register is September 18^th.
