Authorities were called out just before 8:00 p.m. to the intersection of Highway 36 North and Blue Bell Road, just north of Brenham Elementary School.

The Brenham Fire Department cleaned up the spill with dry absorbent.
Authorities remained at the scene until a wrecker removed one of the vehicles.

Caution cycle for yellow on the lights on 36 are way to short for speeds that vehicles running out there, can barely stop a car if the yellow light catches you close much less a loaded truck, it a 4-5 sec cycle & if a car entering from town goes on green without looking for traffic its ugly.
