HOUSTON MAN ARRESTED IN BRENHAM TRAFFIC STOP

A Monday night Brenham traffic stop led to the arrest of a passenger.
Just after 9:00 p.m. police pulled over a vehicle for defective equipment in the 200 block of Highway 290 west.
28-year old Dominic Countee of Houston was found to have three active warrants out of Washington County. He was also allegedly in possession of Marijuana and Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon.
Coutee was taken to the Washington County Jail.
