COMPANY SELECTED FOR CONSTRUCTION AT CALDWELL JUNIOR HIGH

  

A Spring firm has been selected for construction at Caldwell Junior High School.

Perry Construction of Spring was selected to build the new weight room and locker room facility at Caldwell Junior High.

The school board selected Perry out of seven finalists and 12 total bidders for the project, with a base proposal of $2,287,000, and stating that they could complete the project in 180 construction days.

Caldwell ISD Superintendent Andrew Peters said that the biggest factor pertaining to why they selected Perry was that “they can have it ready for us quickly.”
