CAMP FOR ALL VIRTUAL FUNDRAISING GALA THURSDAY
Camp For All’s annual fundraising gala will take on a new look tonight (Thursday).
“A Night With the Stars,” a virtual red carpet night, will be held via Camp For All’s YouTube channel starting at 7 p.m. The gala was originally scheduled to be held in person on October 8th, but continued COVID-19 concerns moved the event online.
Kyle Merten, President of Camp For All’s Camp Friends Board, said the virtual event brings the opportunity to bring the organization to a larger audience.

The gala will feature Brenham’s own McKenzie Lasagna, along with her parents Phil and Robyn, who will speak about the impact Camp For All has had on their family. There will also be silent and live auctions.
Virtual attendees are encouraged to either put on their evening gowns or dress up as their favorite Hollywood icons.
Due to COVID-19 and the resulting spring and summer closures last year, Camp For All is facing a loss of over $1.2 million. The organization’s goal is to ensure that campers with challenging illnesses or special needs can experience a barrier-free life at camp.
