BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON TRESPASS WARNING
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Brenham man has been arrested after a late-night police call, Thursday.
25-year-old Deion Tay Smith of Brenham was taken into custody after police were called to the 1000 of Mill Creek Drive.
Smith was found in violation of a criminal trespass warning.
He was arrested and taken to the Washington County Jail.
