BRENHAM PLANNING AND ZONING TO ADDRESS RESIDENTIAL REPLAT

One lone action item awaits the Brenham Planning and Zoning Commission at its meeting Monday.

Commissioners will hold a public hearing and potentially take action on a residential replat.  The replat was requested by Dara Childs of MC Property Holdings, LLC, and concerns 0.64 acres of vacant land at 303 Hampshire Drive.

The property owner is looking to subdivide the property into three individual lots for single-family development.  The proposed lots measure at 0.235 acres, 0.203 acres and 0.2 acres.  The plat also includes the dedication of a ten-foot public utility easement along the rear of the property for access to an existing overhead electric line.

City staff are recommending approval of the proposed replat.

The commission will meet Monday afternoon at 5:15 p.m. at Brenham City Hall.
